We are exhausted and excited. We flew all night, but we have been advised to try to stay awake until after dinner tonight to get on the right schedule. We met 2 couples at Atlanta airport who are also using our agency and were on our flight. It's very comforting to know people here. The other couples are experienced Russia travelers, too.
Our guide, Violet, was at the gate holding up our name, as promised. She is a very sweet lady, and I am confident she will take good care of us. She and our driver, Vladmir, just dropped us off at the hotel, and we are headed downstairs for lunch. We will meet our friends for dinner tonight, and plan to go meet our little girl tomorrow, (probably mid-afternoon by the time we take care of meetings and paperwork.)
We miss everyone back home, particularly the little blond-haired boy. I will update again tomorrow.

Congratulations on your safe arrival to Moscow. I am almost as excited as you and Robin now, and am anxiously awaiting pictures of your daughter, so don't keep me waiting TOO much longer! Sending you hugs from Alabama (not all for you though, please share at least half with the baby)
