Sitting in Atlanta

We just had lunch in Atlanta, and are waiting for our flight to Moscow (4-hour layover). We now have confirmed travel dates for our final trip, November 25th-December 3rd. Jordan will be coming home with us on the 3rd. We just bought all 3 airline tickets--what a thrill!!

I also received word this morning that we will have the same interpreter and driver this week as before, and we have a friend going on this trip who we met on our first trip. At least it is not a journey into the unknown this time. We are even staying at the same hotel as last time. Court is our only unknown this time. Robin is to do most of the speaking, so this should be interesting.

All is well here. Next post will be from Moscow.

Robin, having been there and done that court thing my advice would be this:
1) let the judge know who is boss right off the bat.
2) Tell her to only refer to you as sir and ask her to salute.
3)Tell them you cannot be at court until 2pm as you have jet lag.
4) Tell the prosecutor to make it snappy, so you can get back to some of that ukranian food.
5) If you thing you are getting into trouble offer her pickled pigs feet I hear she loves'em.
6) when going through security tell them that you don't do metal detectors.
7) Tell the prosecutor and judge if they don't get you out by 2:30 you will tell vladimir.
Best of luck,
Brack

Hi Jana & Robin,
Please don't ban me from your blog because of my husband's crazy posts! Thinking of you on your journey. Tell all the Russians "Howdy"
